The prospect of acquiring the necessary permits to develop properties or alter existing structures is often a complicated and drawn out process (thanks to the bureaucratic and overloaded municipal departments involved).  We offer full site planning and permit acquisition.  We've been there before, and have experience with the intricacies and stumbling blocks that can slow down the process.  We'll work with any individual or organization required in order to get you a permit to build.  This could include an Architect, Engineer, Builder, Surveyor, Archaeologist, Planning Dept., Building Inspector, Natural Resources Dept., Zoning Board, Dept. of Environmental Conservation and more.
